1]. Client has to Sign Agreement with Company before Company starts Project Design and Development.
2]. Agreement sign with Company by Client Means He/She accepted all the Terms and Conditions of Company.
3]. After Successfull Agreement Sign from both Party(Company & Client) Company Starts Project Development.
4]. Company Follow Phases of Project Development
5]. At the Time Of Requirement Gathering if Client not give us response on time than delay of Project created and Client responsible for project delay
6]. At the Time Of Designing if Client not give us response on time or taken more time for customization of design than delay of Project created and Client responsible for project delay
7]. Company is responsible for Project Design/Development only.If Client Creates any fraud with his/her Customers than Company is not responsible for the same
8]. Company is not responsible for Client's Customer Orders and Uses of Project.
9]. Company will not Initiate any Payment Refund in any Conditions.
10]. Once Client Signed the Contract means Contracted Project will not set to On Hold in any Conditions from Company or Client Side.
11].In Conracted Project Case If Client do not want Project in any condition he/she must pay Amount of Total Development till the Date of Cancellation.
12].If Client signed more than One Projects with Company and will not Pay Any Amount regarding Services Provided by Company So Company has rights to interrupt Services of all the Projects of the same client till Completion of Pending Payment
13]. If Client require Full Source Code/Cpanel of Project he/she has to pay 45% of total Costing Amount to the Company.
14]. If Client taken Full Project Source Code handover from Company, than Company is not Responsible for any new Chnages.If Clients want any chnages of project so charge will be applicable as per requirement of Client.
15]. Server Hosting Price will change every year as per Dollar Price
16]. If any dispute arise between Company and Client than Case will handle only in Surat Juridiction.
17].If Client has readymade Project and only want Server Hosting than Client is responsible for Project Design and Developement.
18]. In the Server space (Hosting) requirements Company will not responsible for any changes related to Design and Development.
19]. Company will take 48 hours of Time to resolve any issues related to Project.If Company require More time to resolve the Issue than Company will Inform Prior Information to the Client.
20]. If Client Signed Agreement with Company and will not give any AMC or Server Charges or any other service Charges on time so Company will suspend Account after Prior Information and if Client does not response so company can close Developement of Project or Interruot Current Services any Time.
21]. If Client Signed Agreement with Company and will not give any AMC or Server Charges or any other service Charges on time so Company will not maintain any Backup of Project.
22]. Client must have to Visit website Regularly to Check Updation of Current Company Policies.
